Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager, to assist the practice in its development and to take over many of the administrative and financial tasks currently undertaken by other members of the team.

About the role:
You are flexible, dedicated, highly motivated and enthusiastic. You have excellent interpersonal, and computer skills. You have numerical skills. You have a proven track record of growing a business. You have a background in the financial services sector, marketing or previous management experience, however previous experience of dentistry is not required.

Our new Business Manager will ensure that all non-clinical aspects of the practice i.e. the business of dentistry are managed so that the practice owners are free to concentrate on clinical issues.

Remuneration
Attractive remuneration is available and will comprise a good basic salary and profit share. This will initially be a part time position of 2 days per week, increasing as required.
